The hotel rooms were disappointing with small, tired furniture not worthy of a 5-star property but did have outside balconies. The service was exceptional, especially Mario and the reception staff. The location was good, albeit a bit difficult to reach Vietri. The dining options were below 5-star level, although continental breakfast was good. The hotel had assorted muffins and was more of a wine selling scenario.

On the bright side, the cleaning staff were fantastic, and the service was top-notch. The location had its challenges with late openings and being off the beaten path. The dining was a mix of good and limited choices. Overall, some positives but also some drawbacks to consider.
