The hotel rooms were disappointing with small, tired furniture not worthy of a 5-star property but did have outside balconies. The service was exceptional, especially Mario and the reception staff. The location was good, albeit a bit difficult to reach Vietri. The dining options were below 5-star level, although continental breakfast was good. The hotel had assorted muffins and was more of a wine selling scenario.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit noisy but had a few ant visitors, not quite as spacious as expected. On the bright side, the cleaning staff were fantastic, and the service was top-notch. The location had its challenges with late openings and being off the beaten path. The dining was a mix of good and limited choices. Overall, some positives but also some drawbacks to consider.

The service is exceptional, particularly from the cleaning staff and their knowledge of the area. The location, though beautiful, could be more conveniently located. The dining options are basic and lack variety. Overall, a decent value for the price.
